A customer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it without giving any reason: - in relation to the purchase of discounted goods - covered by any kind of promotion or discount - within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which it acquires, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer acquires, physical possession of the last item. - with regard to the purchase of any other goods - not covered by a promotion or a discount within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which it came into possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer acquired the last of the goods.
In order to withdraw, the Customer must inform the Seller by means of an unequivocal declaration of withdrawal, sent by post. The customer may also complete the withdrawal form and send it by e-mail to the following address: kontakt@madame24.pl.
The form template is available here: withdrawal form. Using the form is not obligatory. The customer may send any other, unequivocal declaration of withdrawal to the following address: kontakt@madame24.pl.
A logged-in customer can use the withdrawal form to prepare a paper form, which is available on his account in the Online Store system.
The customer may also return the subject of the order to any selected Collection Point, listed on the list.
Please send back or hand over the items together with the proof of purchase, e.g. a receipt, VAT invoice or other proof of transaction (e.g. confirmation of card payment or account statement), to Collection Point no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which he informed the Seller about the Withdrawal, regardless of the method of submitting the declaration of withdrawal or the method of collecting the ordered goods.
When returning an order in a brick-and-mortar store, you will need to enter the order number. In the event of Withdrawal, the Online Store returns to the Customer all received payments, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by the Customer other than the cheapest, standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the Online Store was informed by the Customer about the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The payment will be reimbursed using the same payment methods that were used by the Customer in the original transaction, unless the Customer expressly agreed otherwise.
In any case, the customer does not incur any fees in connection with the reimbursement of the payment. The Online Store may withhold the reimbursement until receipt of the item or until proof of its return is provided, depending on which event occurs first.
