Regulations of the online store from June 20, 2014


§ 1 General information

The online store at www.madame24.pl is run by the company:

§ 2 Ordering


1. The prices of goods presented in the store are gross prices and are given in Polish zlotys.


2. The prices given do not include shipping and payment costs, which may additionally increase the value of the order.


2. Orders are accepted by the store staff via the online store, by phone or by e-mail.


3. Orders through the online store can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week all year round.


4. The condition for the correct implementation of the order placed via the online store is the correct completion of the order form and providing the necessary data to complete the order, including the shipment of the ordered goods.


5. After the customer places the order, he will receive an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the order.


6. The date of commencement of the contract is the moment the payment is credited to the bank account specified in the order confirmation in the case of payment by bank transfer or the moment of placing the order in the case of card payment or choosing the option of payment on delivery.


7. Each product offered in the store comes from a legal source, is brand new and has the original packaging.


8. The Customer may cancel the order by e-mail or by phone using the store's contact details. Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled.

The customer will be notified by e-mail or text message about the order being sent.


Attention! Photos are for reference only. The colors of the products may differ slightly from
those in reality - they depend, for example, on the monitor settings.

The real product may also slightly differ from the one shown in the photo (this depends on the country of origin and the manufacturer of the product that is currently in stock)


We have most of our products in stock, but it may still happen that a given product is not available.

In this case, we will contact you by e-mail or by phone to inform you about the estimated time of the contract.


§ 3 Shipping costs and date


1. The ordered goods are sent to the address indicated in the order form.

The store is obliged to inform the customer about an incorrectly completed order form, which prevents or hinders the fulfillment of the order and shipping or may cause its delay
.


2. The parcel is delivered to the customer in accordance with the date specified in the online store for each product
(if the product does not have a given date of dispatch, the shipping time is set to
a maximum of 4 days).

This is an approximate shipping time and applies to orders with the option of "cash on delivery"
or electronic payments.

For other forms of payment, including bank transfer or credit card payments, add the time of crediting the funds to the store's bank account (depending on the bank and payment method, it may be 1-2 business days).


3. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer of the goods.

The amount of shipping costs depends on the purchased goods, the type of transport chosen for the purchased goods and the selected method of payment.
