§ 5 Complaints and withdrawal from the contract

Complaint

In the event of a defect or damage to the goods by the customer, which was not mentioned

speech in the product description on the store's website, the customer should immediately

contact the seller by phone or e-mail to determine how to proceed

proceedings.

Damage complaints must contain the data necessary for its consideration, in particular

name and surname of the ordering party and description of the subject of the complaint.

The goods sent back due to the complaint should be accompanied by the printed and completed complaint form and a copy of the invoice or receipt.

The consumer can use our COMPLAINT FORM.

If the complaint is accepted, the cost of returning and sending the goods is borne by the seller of the goods.

The advertised product should be sent by Polish post to the address of the store. Goods shipped cash on delivery

will not be picked up by us.

If the complaint is accepted, the store will replace the damaged product with a new one, or

refunds the amount paid by the Customer, along with the costs of returning the advertised shipment

goods.

The basis for receiving a refund is sending the signed correction back to the seller

sales invoice or receipt.

If the complaint is not accepted, the shipping cost will not be reimbursed to the customer.

In the event of a return, exchange or complaint of the purchased goods, the Customer is asked to contact us

e-mail or telephone with the seller to determine the further course of the procedure

.

Complaints are considered within 14 days from the delivery of the advertised goods.

In the case of products offered by our store, the advertised product always stays

subjected to an expert opinion.

This is because all the products we offer have a manufacturer's warranty.

If the complaint is accepted, we will replace or refund the money by bank transfer to the account. The choice is always yours.

Please remember that you cannot return the cosmetic only because the customer does not respond to it,

whether it does not meet the client's expectations - Polish law does not provide for such opportunities for

full-value goods.

In a situation where the cosmetic does not comply with the contract, the customer has the option of making a complaint

it, within 2 months from the moment of finding the defect and 2 years from the moment of purchase.

Pursuant to the Act on special conditions of consumer sale (Journal of Laws No. 141, item

1176, as amended) "consumer goods are consistent with the contract, if fit for the purpose for which

the type of goods is usually used and when its properties match the properties

characterizing a commodity of this kind.

The same presumption is assumed when the goods meet the expectations regarding this type of goods, based on public assurances of the seller, manufacturer or his representative; in particular, the assurances expressed in the labeling of the goods or advertising relating to the properties of the goods, including the date on which the goods are to keep them, are taken into account. "

Withdrawal from the contract

The customer may resign from the purchased goods (withdraw from the contract) without giving a reason

within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel (legal basis: the Consumer Rights Act of

May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended)

You can return the product at our stationary store in Rzgów, or by sending the product by Poczta Polska to the address of the store.

The condition for withdrawal from the contract is the return of the goods intact, unpackaged, with

intact foil packaging, if there was one.

Cosmetics such as mascaras, lip glosses, lipsticks, lotions, creams, etc. are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, except for original sealed cosmetics.

We will refund the value of the product by bank transfer to the account. In the event of withdrawal from

contract, we do not reimburse the cost of sending the product to us

When exercising the right to withdraw from the contract, the customer must notify before returning the product

The Seller on withdrawal from the contract in writing, sent by Polish post or e-mail.

The consumer may use our WITHDRAWAL FORM.

§ 6 Refund

1. Refunds are made by the store by transfer to the indicated bank account or by postal order to the address indicated by the customer.

2. To return, print and complete the return document and send the goods together with the receipt or invoice to the address of the store.

3. The money for the returned goods will be sent to the customer within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods by the seller.

§ 7 Privacy policy and personal data protection

1. With the acceptance of the regulations, the customer agrees that the store owner will process his personal data in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) necessary for the service implementation process and marketing purposes.

At the same time, the Sender has the right to inspect and correct their personal data.

§ 8 Final provisions

1. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Act of March 2, 2000 shall apply. on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product.

2. In relation to consumers, disputes arising in connection with the application of these Regulations and the performance of concluded contracts will be considered by the competent court according to the provisions on factual and local jurisdiction in accordance with the Act of November 17, 1964. Code of Civil Procedure (Journal of Laws No. 43, item 296, as amended)

3. The store owner reserves the right to amend these Regulations, with the proviso that changes in relation to consumers will not apply to services in progress and will apply after 30 days from informing the customer by e-mail.
